Recruitment’s Night Out

by DialogueDirect on July 18, 2011

To honor the hard work of the DialogueDirect recruitment team, our recruiters Matt, Marla, and Lydia were treated to tickets to Finger on the Pulse’s BBQ Blowout at Good Company bar in the Williamsburg area of Brooklyn. Fellow coworker Lakeya White, an integral member of the NYC office, also tagged along. A wonderful time filled with great food and drink was had by all!

DialogueDirect BBQ PartyGood Company is a bar on Hope Street in Williamsburg and features an outdoor deck where the barbecue took place. The food was prepared by Mark Ladner, chef of the NYC restaurant Del Posto. The main dish was perfectly smoked lamb neck over a ragu of Swiss chard and chickpeas with a dollop of spiced turkish yogurt on top all in a lovely toasted bread bowl soaked in lamb jus. For dessert there was olive oil flavored gelato and ice cream dipped in chocolate. Drinks were provided by Reyka Vodka, which is made in Iceland and filtered through lava rocks. That’s right, the vodka is literally filtered through lava rocks!

Aside from a brief spurt of tornado-like winds and rain, the weather held up and recruitment enjoyed their night of fun.
